How Mitoma Systems uses cookies and similar technologies.

Scope

This notice describes cookies and similar technologies used on the public mitoma.systems marketing site. A separate product deployment may use strictly necessary cookies or browser storage for authentication, sessions, security, workspace state, and checkout returns according to its configuration and applicable privacy notice.

Current cookie position

This marketing site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure aggregated page use and website performance. These services are configured to operate without third-party analytics cookies and are not intended to identify visitors or track them across different websites.

We do not currently use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site marketing cookies. If we add additional analytics, embedded scheduling, chat, checkout, retargeting, heatmaps, A/B testing, or similar tools that materially change this position, we will update this notice and request consent where required.

What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies store or read information on a device. They can be used for essential site operations, security, preferences, analytics, embedded services, advertising, or fraud prevention.

Essential technologies

Technical processing may be necessary for site delivery, security, load balancing, TLS, browser operation, and submission of the contact form. The public marketing site does not currently set an application sign-in or preference cookie. A separate product application may require browser storage for account access, session security, workspace state, or checkout return status.

Analytics and performance

Vercel Web Analytics may collect a page or route, referrer, approximate country, browser, device type, operating system, and event time for aggregated website statistics. Vercel identifies a short-lived visitor session using a hash derived from the incoming request rather than a third-party cookie.

Vercel Speed Insights may collect a route or URL, network speed, browser, device type, operating system, approximate country, web-vital measurement, and related performance information. Its data points are designed not to be associated with an individual visitor or IP address.

We do not send names, email addresses, contact-form contents, account identifiers, or customer engineering content to these website analytics tools through custom events.

Marketing technologies

We do not currently enable advertising or retargeting technology on this marketing site. If that changes, we will identify the provider, purpose, data collected, retention period, and consent choice before the technology is used in production.

Third-party embeds

If we embed tools such as calendars, video players, chat, forms, payments, or customer support widgets, those tools may set their own cookies or similar technologies. We will update this notice before those embeds are used in production.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies, clear browser storage, and block analytics scripts through your browser or privacy settings. Blocking the current marketing-site analytics scripts should not prevent you from reading this public site. Blocking technologies that are strictly necessary in a product deployment may prevent sign-in, checkout, preferences, or security features from working.
